Our habits have changed over the generations. In particular, our eating behaviours continue to adapt and are intrinsically linked with changing social norms myriad other influences leading us consume more. light of obesity epidemic that threatens be greatest health challenge, race is on find new ways modify or alter food choices those considered more “healthful”. Somewhere along way snacking has become an acceptable pattern. We uncomfortable foregoing these readily available hedonistic rewards. It may time change than choice question need snack at all.
